After a decade, the world-renowned tenor Andrea Bocelli returned to Taipei, gracing the stage of the iconic Taipei Arena, becoming the first Western superstar to perform on this landmark stage. Together with 34,000 devoted fans, he delivered a pure, profound, and soul-stirring musical feast — a living testament to a timeless classic.

Arriving from Sydney in the early hours, Bocelli and his wife braved the long flight yet remained radiant with energy. Upon check-in, he strolled quietly through Daan Forest Park, absorbing the gentle morning light and the city’s serenity. In every note, his music spoke to the land itself, carrying the weight of heartfelt emotion. 🌿

🎶 A Breathless Reverie of Classics

Onstage, Bocelli greeted the audience with a heartfelt “Thank you” in Chinese before opening his Asian tour finale with a series of iconic operatic pieces. Backstage, his son Matteo Bocelli watched silently, admiration and love shining in his eyes — a tender prelude to the father-son duet that would soon captivate the audience.

The evening held unforgettable surprises: Bocelli performed “Notte e giorno faticar” alongside a virtual Luciano Pavarotti, while the opening chords of the encore “Time to Say Goodbye” ignited the arena — applause, cheers, and cries of joy rolling like waves for over a full minute. 波伽利夫婦於今凌晨自雪梨飛抵台北，儘管經歷長途飛行，他仍精神奕奕，入住後更親自前往大安森林公園散步，靜靜感受城市的晨曦與溫柔。他用音樂與這片土地對話，讓每一個音符都有了情感的重量。🌿

當晚登台，波伽利以中文「謝謝」向大家致意，並開始演唱一系列經典歌劇曲目為他亞洲巡演的最後一站揭開序幕。而兒子 馬提歐・波伽利 在後台靜靜注視父親整個上半場的演出，目光中藏著敬仰與愛，那份深情無需言語，已悄然鋪陳父子共演的動人伏筆。

波伽利與帕華洛帝虛擬共演《漁夫之夜》驚喜登場，而當安可《告別的時刻》經典前奏一響，全場瞬間沸騰——掌聲、歡呼聲、尖叫聲如浪潮般一波接一波，整整持續一分鐘，熟悉的旋律像一道光照進所有人的心，沉浸在那句還未唱出的告別中。有人甚至忍不住落下淚水⋯⋯這就是音樂的力量。
