Official members of the Berlin Philharmonic—violinist Luis Esnaola, violist Matthew Hunter, and cellist Knut Weber—join forces with Queen Elisabeth Competition gold medalist, pianist Markus Groh. This elite chamber ensemble arrives in Tainan to present an exquisite program featuring Brahms' three piano quartets.
To deepen the experience, the musicians will provide a pre-concert guided talk, sharing the stories behind the music. They will be joined by conductor Yao-Yu Wu to help the audience look beyond the notes and connect with the profound, rhythmic soul of Johannes Brahms.
